Card transactions will be acquired for GNTC via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks including First National Bank. PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website. GNTC has registered as an e-Commerce FNB Merchant which facilitates fast and secure card payments over the internet using 3D Secure. 3D Secure, also known as Verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode or Amex Safekey, is a method of authentication security, which was developed by the Card Schemes to enhance the security of online transactions for all cardholders. It allows only the cardholder to use the card when shopping online. The three domains referred to in “3D” Secure consist of the cardholder to issuer domain, the merchant to acquiring bank domain and the interbank domain.
Customer details are acquired separate from card details Customer details will be stored by GNTC separately from card details which are entered by the client on PayGate’s secure site. For more detail on PayGate refer to www.paygate.co.za.
GNTC takes various measures to ensure that all items advertised on the website are currently available as stock or alternatively at our suppliers. Should a particular item be out of stock for any reason, GNTC will immediately advice you (the Customer) of the expected delivery time once we have confirmed stock from our suppliers. Should you wish to cancel your order you will be issued a full refund, alternatively you can wait for the stock to arrive or replace the item with an alternative product which is available.
All deliveries are based on stock availability and receipt of payment into the GNTC bank account. Any delivery time estimation will only commence on receipt of your payment reflecting in our bank account and not from the time you placed the order on this website. Delivery time is dependent on the distributors and your geographical location.
GNTC will endeavor to process all orders within 24 hours, provided all items are in stock and payment has been verified.
No orders will be processed on weekends or public holidays.

Availability to accept delivery
The couriers require that someone be at the address to accept delivery or the goods will be returned. Should the goods be returned due to non-availably of the Customer a second delivery attempt will be arranged. Couriers are unable to give exact times of delivery, but will confirm delivery date.
All deliveries that have a signed waybill accepting delivery by you or on your behalf will be taken as acceptable proof that delivery was made to you and that the product delivered to you was in accordance with the order placed with GNTC and was free from visible damage or defect. It will be accepted that all items are received in good order with no visible defects or damages unless noted on the waybill.

Delivery is Nation wide; however should you fall outside of the standard delivery radius and alternate arrangements need to be made additional delivery costs may be incurred.
Free Delivery insurance is included to ensure that your items are protected from any loss or damage during delivery.
Delivery times may vary depending on your geographical location and province you are located in and the items on ordered.

Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation of orders needs to be done in writing prior to GNTC paying for the goods with our suppliers and delivery. No refunds will be given on orders cancelled after delivery and on any special orders. Any order is subject to cancellation by GNTC should the products on order become unavailable or our supplier is out of stock.
Should you wish to return your product it is required to be within 7 days from date of delivery. GNTC conforms to the consumer protection act and as such there is not general right of return and the terms of Section 55 of the CPA shall apply and a handling fee of 25% of the retail price shall be charged. GNTC will act as an intermediary between you and the supplier regarding the item that you wish to return.
Software, CD’s and Printer cartridges shall not be accepted for return, unless they are faulty. Returns of items with damage to any of the packaging, or any identification numbers or the barcode and serial number shall not be accepted. Please ensure that all purchases of Software, CD’s and printer cartridges are compatible with your current hardware prior to purchasing any items of this nature. If you are not sure of what specifications you need for any of the above items, please visit the manufacturers web site or alternatively contact us on email@example.com.
All cost relating to the return of items, including but not limited courier cost, shall be payable by the customer. All items being returned need to be covered by your insurance for damage, theft or loss in transit and shall not be accepted for return should the goods arrived damaged.
Cooling off Period
There shall be no “cooling off period” as per the provisions contained in section 44 of the ECT ACT as there is not payment received directly through the web site and a quotation is issued prior to the product being purchased. All orders are specified by the customer and processed as such.
Although GNTC is a registered importer and exporter SADC we do not currently deliver outside the borders of South Africa. The customer can arrange for a courier service to collect from us once an arrangement has been made and the purchases have been paid in full. This is only applicable to international customers only. As we are not currently exporting all invoices will include VAT at 14%.

Dead on Arrival (DOA)
Should a product arrive damaged or dead on arrival GNTC will arrange collection of the product. Depending on the manufactures policy, and once the item has been checked and the fault confirmed, the item will be repaired, returned or replaced. It is your responsibility to contact us with 48 hours of the delivery of the product to inform us that there is an issue with the product delivered. As soon as we receive the item and it has been tested to confirm the fault, the product will either be repaired and returned or a replacement will be sent (dependent on the manufacturer's policy).
Defective items can be returned within 7 days of delivery, you will be required to return the good using a reputable carrier and insure the entire shipment. GNTC will not refund shipping unless the delivery was made in error by GNTC. All returned products will need to be in resalable condition, and include all original packing and contents of the packaging such as manuals and accessories provided by the manufacturer. If any components are found to be missing GNTC will not accept the return.
All products on this web site are sold under the manufacturer’s warranty, and will be sent directly to the relevant distributor or manufacturer for repair or replacement should the item still be under guarantee. All goods sold by GNTC carry a minimum of 1 year manufacturer’s warranty. GNTC will repair, replace or refund any product deemed to be faulty if reported within 7 days after acceptance of goods. Manufacturers must be contacted directly for warranty queries after 7 days of acceptance of goods. Customers who wish to make a warranty claim must comply with the manufacturer's instructions and warranty procedures.
All warranties are dealt with in the same way as if this item is purchased from any authorized retail outlet. The warranty will be null and void should the product have been tampered with in any way or any stickers or seals removed. Invoices will need to be included with all warranty returns. After checking the product, it will be at the sole discretion of GNTC and it suppliers to replace, repair or refund the product. Warranty does not cover damage caused from natural disasters and there will be no Warranty if the serial number label is missing, damaged or tampered with.
Products shipped in error
If you receive a product that is different to the one you ordered, you need to contact us within 24 hours of receiving it. GNTC will make arrangements for the product to be returned and for the correct product to be delivered to you as soon as possible. If the incorrect product is delivered to you, do not remove the product from its original packaging, open or use the product in any way. If the product has been opened or used in any way and is not in returned in its original packaging, GNTC will charge you 25% of the original purchase price as a handling fee. Contact information:
